The back is a soft and cuddly, pink Minky with little stars in the background. It was quilted with a heart and loops pattern.

This is a baby panel, but I didn't like the size so I added borders to make it a larger, square quilt. I like square baby quilts as I feel they are easier to wrap baby in and also are great to lay baby on the floor or sofa. This quilt will work well for a boy or girl. The back is 100% soft and cuddly Minky in pastel polka dots on a white background. I carefully construct my quilts to be durable and endure many years of "love". Having had children and grandchildren I know that the quilt, once used for warmth and comfort, soon becomes a Superman cape, a roof for a chair fort, a tablecloth for a tea party and a blanket to cuddle the family pet. I quilted an all-over hearts and loops design.

Description:
Quilt has 12 squares and there are 4 close-up pictures of some of the birds. I love batik fabric and it is used throughout the quilt. An avid bird watcher, I spent hours looking through my bird books to furnish me with the full aspect of each bird to make each look so real that they are reminiscent of a bird in one's backyard. Many of the the feathered friends have flowers, nests, butterflies, etc. I have tried to create realistically-rendered birds in their natural surroundings. Bird and nature enthusiasts will fall in love with this collection.

Description:
This sweet quilt is full of butterflies and soft colors. Not only are there butterflies in the center squares, there are etchings of butterflies on the purple fabric, as well as etchings of flowers. It is made up of squares from the King’s Crown block pattern. I used six fabrics in the quilt. My favorite is the butterfly fabric for the center squares. It has butterflies in many pastel colors and has a lovely sparkle to the fabric, which doesn’t show up in the pictures. There are also three aqua fabrics: one solid, one with swirling white dots, and one with pale aqua flowers on white (the border). The inside yellow squares are a solid, and the purple fabric has white etchings with a batik look.
The binding is hand sewn on the back of the quilt. It is quilted following the block and sashing pattern lines.
The back is bleached muslin. This is my personal favorite for the back, as it is so soft and cuddly.
All the fabrics have been prewashed and dried to ensure color fastness and reduce shrinking.

The colors of this quilt are gorgeous. McKenna Ryan fabrics are absolutely beautiful. These have motifs of fern, forest, and grass. The quilt is cozy, soft and light - good to wrap yourself up in on a cold night, or while relaxing reading a book, or watching TV. The neutral colors of lilacs, green purple, blue, and pink are relaxing as well as immensely appealing. The backing is a lovely green/lilac color.
Description:
This art quilt is very interesting. The bright orange poppies just jump out at you. Made from jelly roll strips which are cut into 2.5 inch squares and triangles. The flower is appliquéd onto the top of the quilt. Decorative stitching is used to make the flowers and leaves pop. The outside border is a batik fabric with browns and yellow. This could be used as a wall hanging or on the back of a sofa.
